Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in distance contracts. This notice applies to the conclusion of paid premium subscriptions via GlobalTalent24.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. Early Loss of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital services, the right of withdrawal shall expire if you have expressly consented to the commencement of performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. We obtain this consent via a separate confirmation checkbox during the checkout process.
