This Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies on GlobalTalent24. The controller is NV Digital OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia (EU), registry code 17563658. For non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) we ask for prior consent (German TDDDG § 25, GDPR). “Accept all” means you consent to all listed categories and services (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel). “Reject all” keeps only strictly necessary cookies. Contact: info@nvdigital.net.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and third-party scripts (tags). They may be first-party (ours) or third-party (e.g. Google, Meta). We load third-party tags only after consent, via Google Tag Manager.
Legal basis
Storing and accessing information on your device is governed by the ePrivacy Directive (cookie law) and - where personal data is processed - the GDPR:
- Essential cookies: Art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f) GDPR (contract / legitimate interest in secure operation) - no consent required
- Analytics cookies and tags (GA4 via GTM): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent
- Marketing cookies and tags (Meta Pixel and others via GTM): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent
- You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future
Consent - required before tracking
Non-essential cookies and tags start only after clear, informed and freely given consent. Technically we implement Google Consent Mode v2: default is “denied”; after your choice we send “granted”/“denied” for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization.
- Banner on first visit with equal options: Accept all / Reject all / Customize
- Categories: Essential (always on), Analytics, Marketing
- Your choice is stored locally (about 12 months), then we ask again
- Withdraw: use the banner again, clear site data, or delete non-essential cookies
- Admin and CMS areas do not load marketing/analytics tags
- Without consent: no GA4/Meta cookies; limited cookieless signals may apply under Consent Mode if enabled

Embedded services (GTM, GA4, Meta)
We control third-party tags centrally via Google Tag Manager. Tags fire only when the matching consent category is granted.
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
GTM is a tag management system. It loads and controls other tags (e.g. GA4, Meta Pixel) according to your consent settings. GTM itself delivers configuration; it is not a separate ad profiler.
- Cookies: usually no long-lived analytics cookies of its own; loaded tags may set their own cookies.
- Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin; possibly Google LLC, USA
- Third country: USA possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework / SCCs where applicable)
- Google Privacy Policy
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
GA4 measures reach and usage (e.g. page views, events, approximate geo). Used only with Analytics consent. We use Consent Mode v2 so Google tags honour your choice.

- Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC
- Third country: USA possible (DPF / SCCs where applicable)

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
The Meta Pixel measures campaign performance and conversions and may support personalised ads on Meta products when Marketing consent is given.
- Typical cookies: _fbp (about 3 months), _fbc (after Meta ad click, variable)
