Family reunification: administrative support
We prepare documents and complete family reunification applications for Germany for each family member. After you sign, we submit them to the responsible institution.
First, we discuss your family situation: who already lives in Germany, on what basis, which family members plan to join them and how many people are involved in the process. Following the responsible institutions' official instructions, we draw up a document checklist for each family member.

When the institution requires an application to be submitted in person or attendance at an appointment, we prepare the documents and instructions for that step. The applicant attends in person.

Before engaging external service providers, we show you an estimate of external costs and ask for your consent. Translators, certification providers and the responsible institutions set these costs. They are separate from our fee.
What's not included
- Document certification and translations, including those that must be carried out in the EU under the institution's requirements.
- Institutional fees and delivery costs.
- Responses to the institution concerning legal questions, hearings and rejections, as well as appeals. You need a lawyer for these.

Can you promise that the application will be approved?
No. The responsible institutions decide on the application. We cannot promise approval or a particular processing time.
What if the institution requires the application to be submitted in person?
We prepare the documents and instructions for that step, and the applicant attends in person.
How much are translations, certification and institutional fees?
That depends on the documents. Translators, certification providers and institutions set these costs. Before engaging them, we give you an estimate and ask for your consent.
