Pick where you want to work. We show you only jobs that match your target profile — including country-specific guidance on labor law and visas.

Start the application assistant

In the talent dashboard you'll find the application assistant. It walks you through 8 steps: profile, CV, cover letter, attachments.

Generate the CV with AI

Enter the basics (experience, skills, role), and our AI builds a complete CV. Every detail stays editable.

Adjust the cover letter

The AI writes a tailored cover letter based on the job posting. You can adjust tone, length, and focus points.

Upload photo and documents

Upload a profile photo (with built-in crop) and attach certificates or references as documents.

Export or send the application

At the end you export the application as PDF, optionally record a video, or create a share link for your application landing page.
